1. The service
Campusly is a campus marketplace for verified students to list, discover, and transact products and services. Listings are posted by users; Campusly does not own, inspect, or guarantee items.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate school, campus, and contact information. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Verification
Selling requires free student verification (matric/reg number or student ID). Verification is valid for 1 year and may be revoked after violations.
4. Transactions
Buyers and sellers transact directly. Inspect items before paying, meet publicly, and keep communication in Campusly chat. Campusly is not a party to your transaction.
5. Sponsored listings
Sponsored placement (paid Boost plans per listing) is a visibility boost processed via Flutterwave. It does not endorse the listing, and Boost never affects organic rankings.
6. Moderation
We may hide, remove, suspend, or ban accounts that violate policies, break the law, or harm other users. Serious cases may be reported to authorities.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Have these documents reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.
